Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Home Run websites, apps, and related services. By using Home Run, you agree to these terms. If you use Home Run for a household, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.

The service

Home Run helps families coordinate household work such as meals, groceries, school tasks, reminders, calendars, care records, documents, and family updates. Features may change as the product evolves.

Some features may rely on third-party services, integrations, app stores, communications providers, AI infrastructure, or connected accounts. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

Accounts and household spaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of your login credentials, and all activity under your account.

If you create or manage a household space, you are responsible for inviting the right people, setting appropriate permissions, and ensuring household members understand what information may be shared.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Home Run, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted portions of the service, upload malicious code, violate law, infringe others’ rights, or use the service to harm, harass, exploit, or deceive anyone.

Do not submit information you do not have the right to use, including private records, school documents, health information, or family content without proper permission.

AI output and important decisions

Home Run uses AI to interpret requests, retrieve context, summarize information, and suggest or create actions. AI output may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.

You are responsible for reviewing important tasks, purchases, medical information, school deadlines, care instructions, calendar events, and any other high-impact decision. Home Run is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, educational, or safety advice.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Home Run. You grant Home Run the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights and consent needed to provide it.

Payments, app stores, and availability

If paid features are offered, pricing, billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds may be handled by Home Run or by an app store or payment provider. Availability of features may vary by platform, region, account type, and product stage.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, maintenance, product changes, legal reasons, or business needs.

Intellectual property

Home Run, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, and content, is owned by Home Run or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Home Run technology or branding to you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Home Run is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI output will always be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Run will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Home Run at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Home Run or others, or if we are required to do so by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the product, website, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
